FRUIT PREPARATIONS - NEW FOR 2009

TREELINKS have for many years worked with a major fruit Puree/Preparations & Concentrate manufacturer from Germany offering a wide range of high quality aseptically packed products. These products have tended to be the more commonly used items such as Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon etc. In a concerted effort to bring new and novel ideas and flavour combinations to the market place we are pleased to introduce a range of concept products for the NPD teams to explore which will hopefully develop the next successful ranges of Ice Creams, Desserts, Fillings and Flavours.

Red feng shui preparation with pieces, for application after freezer process, gives colour flavour and a valuable mix of ingredients to the end product;composition according to the traditional chinese feng shui doctrine, plum and lemon (element wood), beet root and red colour (element fire), cherry and apple (element earth), cardamom and clove (element metal), carrot (element water)

Mango curry preparation for application after freezer process, gives mango pieces, flavour and colour to the end product

Caramelised apple preparation for application after freezer process, gives apple pieces, flavour and colour to the end product

Ginger quince base for a water based ice lolly, without pieces, gives colour, quince juice and ginger content to the ice mix; (favoured more from adults than from children)

Plum jabuticaba base without pieces, contributes 20 % jabuticaba and 15 % plum puree to a sorbet mix, gives dark red colour and flavouring to the mix (largely unknown fruit jabuticaba)

Orange sea buckthorn sauce for use on top of an ice cream or rippled in (good combination with chocolate ice cream)

Rhubarb vanilla preparation for application after freezer process, gives rhubarb pieces, flavour and colour to the end product

Strawberry preparation with peach and melon cubes red preparation with pieces of strawberry, melon, and peach, fresh and fruity in taste

Strawberry ginger preparation typical red preparation with strawberry puree and ginger flavour, for Asian-style products.

Dried fig preparation with 30% dried figs, with seeds

Fig preparation with cardamom with green (fresh) fruits and light spicy taste

Quince preparation deep orange coloured preparation with high fruit content of quince cubes, traditional European fruit

Rose base without pieces, contributes rose extract to an ice cream mix, gives intensive pink colour and flavouring to the mix

Apple elderflower base without pieces, contributes 80 % of apple juice and elderflower extract to a sorbet mix, gives yellowish colour and flavouring to the mix

Date preparation with 30% dried dates, typical in colour and taste.

Golden kiwi preparation with pieces and seeds, milder in taste compared to green kiwi, with "golden" colour; also available as puree without pieces

Sour cherry preparation with chili sour cherry preparation without pieces, intensive colour, hot chili taste, for Asian-style products

Honey preparation smooth honey sauce with great flavour and golden colour, suitable for application with banana ice-cream

Blood orange / mango preparation: reddish blood orange preparation with orange segments and mango cubes, great exotic combination.

Lime preparation with tequila and chilli : bright green preparation without pieces, like mexican mezcal with tequilla and hot chilli.

Pineapple preparation with clove: yellow pineapple preparation without pieces and strong taste of clove, exotic spicy flavour.

Limoncello preparation: yellow preparation without pieces, liquid at -18°C, typical taste like the well-known Italian liqueur, contains alcohol.

Yuzu preparation: yellow-brownish preparation with yuzu-puree, liquid at -18°C,exciting new fruit variety

Orange preparation with acerola juice concentrate orange-brownish fruit preparation with orange segments and acerola juice concentrate, contains approx. 2000 mg/kg vitamin C

Peach marula cocktail bright yellow cocktail with fresh exotic taste(also available in Indian style "garam masala")
